I found the check-in was quick and the staff told me all information. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I had a very good experience. The hotel is close to the center and leaned tower.

great locationfriendly staffhomemade food
the location was great.. very close to the leaning tower. the staff were very friendly and relaxed. the on-site restaurant offered lovely homemade food, a definite plus after a long day of sightseeing.

The hotel's location is superb. It is less than five minutes walking distance from the leaning tower. Lots of restaurants surround the area. The staff was lovely and very friendly (I appreciated their willingness to help with directions).
